Job Responsibility:

Phillips Brewing LP is on the hunt for a sales pro in Victoria who is interested in craft beer as a career! Your Sales experience along with your knowledge and passion for craft beer/ spirits will enable you to create and foster deep relationships with your peers, customers and trade partners in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a strong understanding of territory attributes, community engagement and individual accounts
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Find new and creative ways to increase sales and distribution
- Plan and execute effective promotions and displays
- Prospect for new business
- Budget tracking and spend management
- Provide clear, concise and consistent communication streams to customers and internally
- Act as a professional ambassador for Phillips within the community and at events
- Maintain an active and engaged attitude as member of the sales team
- Keep current on industry trends and market activity

Qualifications

- Valid BC Driver's License required
- Sales Experience (craft beer experience is a bonus!)
- Passion for craft beer, spirits, and craft non-alcohol is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate to customers and team members




- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed

- Salary Range of $55,000-$65,000 + Commission (salary dependent on experience)
