About the Position

At Yapla, with a strong presence in Quebec, we aim to accelerate our development across the rest of Canada. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary marketing manager to lead this expansion. This role is crucial for increasing our visibility and strengthening our market position in Canada.

As the Marketing Manager for Canada, you will drive strategic initiatives to promote the Yapla platform to NPOs and associations nationwide. Integrated into our marketing team based in Paris and Montreal, your mission will be to coordinate and harmonize marketing activities at the national level, taking into account regional and cultural specificities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase Yapla's presence in English-speaking regions of Canada while consolidating our position in Quebec.
- Lead targeted marketing campaigns, tailored to the diverse regions and cultures of Canada.
- Collaborate with our existing marketing team to ensure a consistent message and unified strategy nationwide.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to adapt and refine marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute events and promotional campaigns across Canada, focusing on community engagement and developing regional partnerships.




- Implement necessary automated sequences for Lead Nurturing of prospects or any other conversions related to our campaigns.
- Lead content creation in collaboration with our creative team to enhance our online presence and support our acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor the performance of the actions taken (tracking key KPIs)

Required Qualifications

- Perfectly bilingual in English and French, both orally and in writing.
- University degree in marketing, communication, commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM.
- Prior experience in digital acquisition and online advertising campaign management.
- Robust knowledge of online acquisition channels and analytical tools.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, in English and French.
- Creative and innovative spirit, with a passion for experimentation and exploring new opportunities.

Salary: $80,908.00-$87,836.00 per year
