I’m looking for a warm, experienced and dependable nanny to help care for my two children, ages 4.5 and 2.5, and assist with everyday housekeeping. I would love to find someone who enjoys being around young children, takes pride in keeping a home organized, and wants to build a consistent, trusting relationship with our family. This is a part-time role in Oakville with a recurring schedule and a guaranteed monthly income base. Minimum 80 paid hours per month — guaranteed We will pay for at least 80 hours each month at the agreed hourly rate, even if we do not need you for all 80 hours. Most months, we expect to need more than this minimum. The regular schedule averages approximately 28 hours per week, or about 120 hours per month. All hours worked beyond the guaranteed 80 will also be paid. Regular schedule

- Weekday mornings: Monday to Friday, 7–9 a.m., every week.
- Weekday evenings: 6–10 p.m., alternating between three evenings one week and two evenings the next.
- Alternate weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 1–9 p.m.

The evening and weekend schedule follows my parenting calendar, with exact days shared in advance. Please be comfortable with split shifts and alternate weekend work. Caring for the children
- Help with breakfast, getting dressed, brushing teeth and preparing for school or daycare.
- Prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks.
- Enjoy reading, creative play and age-appropriate activities with the children.
- Help with bathing, pyjamas and bedtime routines.
- Encourage positive habits and independence through patient, positive guidance.
- Follow family routines and communicate openly about the children’s day.

Housekeeping and home support
- Make beds and keep bedrooms, toys and shared spaces tidy.
- Wash dishes,



load and unload the dishwasher, and clean up after meals.
- Help with household laundry, folding, putting clothes away and changing bed linen.
- Assist with light vacuuming, sweeping and general household organization.

Childcare is the priority. We will agree on realistic housekeeping expectations around the children’s needs. The person we’re hoping to find Someone who is caring, patient, trustworthy and confident looking after two young children. Experience with toddlers and preschoolers is important, along with good judgment, punctuality and reliable transportation to and from our home. I appreciate someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, is comfortable receiving guidance, and brings their own ideas for keeping the children engaged and happy. Strong childcare references and willingness to complete a background check are required. Child first aid and CPR certification are preferred. What you can expect
