Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Janitorial Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be part-time and you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relationships. Your primary objective will be to identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and secure new accounts while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and cold call potential clients to introduce our janitorial services and secure meetings.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work independently to generate leads, follow up on prospects and convert them into clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the janitorial services or related industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally for client meetings and industry events.
