- Review all mattress events to ensure tech took proper pictures, and filled out report correctly
- Review pictures to ensure there is no staining on mattress, bedframe has center support touching the ground
- Decide if customer should qualify for replacement and if so send to manufacture for possible warranty replacement
- Following up with manufacture
- Updating file, ocinq, store when replacement is approved
- Advise customer when replacement is denied and why.
- Answering all emails, phone calls

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service focus
- Team oriented




- Experience in a customer service or sales role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office programs
