We’re partnering with a highly respected long-term care provider seeking a Director of Care (DOC) to lead their clinical team with excellence, integrity, and vision.
As the DOC, you’ll play a vital leadership role—overseeing all aspects of resident care, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met. Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and documentation to maintain exceptional standards of care.
Build positive relationships with residents, families,



and interdisciplinary teams.
Contribute to a culture of safety, respect, and resident-centered care.
Participate in strategic planning, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare management.
Strong understanding of Manitoba LTC standards, accreditation, and quality systems .
