Job Responsibilities

Follow recipes, baking methods, and procedures as directed by the Pastry Chef or Head Chef.

Assist with preparing and producing pastries, baked goods, desserts, and other pastry components.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Follow food safety plans, culinary standards, and company policies.

Bring creativity, recent ideas, and a willingness to learn and try new techniques.

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace.

Work collaboratively with the culinary team, treating equipment with care.

Meet the physical requirements of the position.





Winter employment (December–April), with the opportunity to continue into the Summer season.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

A strong interest in pastry and baking, with a desire to develop culinary skills.

Knowledge of pastry and baking techniques

Familiarity with culinary terminology

Reliable, organized, and able to take initiative.

Culinary school diploma or trade certificate is an asset.

Valid Food Safe certificate an asset.
