Our Cooks are seasoned cooks which have gained experience working in fine dining kitchen. Day to day food preparation of the event space according to O&B; standards

Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specification as set by the restaurant

Follow the FIFO method to maximize freshness

Assist in food inventory and control

Clean food prep areas, equipment,



utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines

2 years cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant or event/ catering environment

- Valid food Handler
- Culinary diploma/degree is an asset.
- Available weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Hourly Wage: $18.00 -$22.00/hr
