Lightform Corporate Head Office – Edmonton, AB Lightform is growing — and our accounting team needs to grow with it. We're looking for an experienced accounting professional to own our accounts payable with precision and help modernize our workflows. You'll work closely with our Controller, Assistant Controller, and purchasing team, and you'll have a real voice in improving tools, controls, and processes.
Own the full AP cycle: invoice intake, coding, three-way matching, approvals, and payment runs
Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations, including foreign currency transactions
Maintain GL accounts and support accruals and month-end close
Support the Controller and Assistant Controller with reporting, audits, and special projects




3+ years of accounting experience with a strong AP foundation and exposure to GL or month-end
Exceptional attention to detail — you catch coding errors, pricing mismatches, duplicates, and missing documentation
Solid understanding of the full accounting cycle and how AP impacts reporting and controls
ERP experience and strong Excel skills; AP automation or workflow tools are an asset
