Deliver and model consistent, high-quality customer service, including addressing and resolving escalations.
Support team members in providing informed and responsible cannabis education.
Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets.




Coach team members on product recommendations and sales techniques.
Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and customer retention.
Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, merchandising, and organization.
Provide on-shift leadership and direction to team members.
Support the training and onboarding of new employees.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

- 2 years plus experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role, with previous leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability, and leads by example to support team performance and engagement.
- Provincial cannabis certification (e.g., Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal record check.
