Footprints is seeking an experienced and energetic administrative and operational qualified to join our Head Office Team in a Security Operations and Communications Centre (SOCC) position.

- Perform and monitor dispatch duties; excellent phone communication, scheduling employees, taking short-notice service requests, responding to questions, and initiating appropriate responses to requests
- Complete a variety of complex and detail-oriented administrative tasks in support operations
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute various reports both internally and externally
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic file systems and operational equipment inventories
- Complete data entry in a timely and accurate manner

- Follow-up with and act as a liaison with various individuals, both internally and externally,



at all levels of the organization with the highest level of customer service
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all company information, procedures, and investigations
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in dispatching
- The ability to learn new things
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with MS Office suite
- Security knowledge preferred
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in and assist
- Ability to be productive and efficient with limited supervision
- Ability to work with precision and accuracy while demonstrating attention to detail
- Strong organizational and planning skills in an office environment with fluctuating volumes and demands
- Ability to mitigate problems and find creative solutions
- Strong and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask while prioritizing work
- Valid BC Driver's License
- Ability to safely perform the physical elements of the position, which includes lifting (<10 KG), bending, crouching, and reaching
- A Criminal Record Check is required
