As the Director, you will spearhead the People Experience Partner (PXP) team, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. Your focus will be on developing people strategies that align with business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness. Additionally, you will manage employee relations while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a high-performing PXP team
- Serve as the primary advisor for a small portfolio of leaders
- Provide strategic oversight on employee relations matters




- Collaborate with COEs to ensure alignment of people programs
- Champion organizational change initiatives and employee experience

Requirements:

- 7+ years HR experience, 5+ as HR Business Partner
- Proven ability in developing high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and organizational risk
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Undergraduate degree in HR or related field
