Your new company This is an opportunity to join a well-established, privately held real estate owner-operator with a long-standing presence in the Montreal market. The organization manages a diversified portfolio of over 40 properties across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Reporting directly to the owners, you will take full ownership of the accounting function across multiple real estate entities. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee the full-cycle accounting process while also supporting broader operational, financing, and development activities.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting (AR/AP, reconciliations, payroll, and tax filings), preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and coordinating year-end processes with external accountants. You will also be involved in cash management, banking relationships, and assisting with project and construction cost tracking.





CPA designation (or in progress) is an asset.
Experience in full-cycle accounting, ideally within real estate or multi-entity environments
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working in a hands-on capacity
Bilingualism (French required, English considered an asset)
This role is well suited for either a junior CPA looking to transition into their first industry role, or a senior property accountant ready to take the next step into a broader, more autonomous position.

Competitive salary in the range of $90,000 – $130,000
