We are seeking an individual who possesses a solid understanding of the financial industry, thrives on challenges, and has a proven track record in developing and managing successful solution/systems integration programs. The Program Manager in Transaction Systems plays a critical role in developing and managing solution programs that facilitate secure and efficient payment transactions as well as other mission-critical offerings of the financial industry. He/She has a solid understanding of economics paired with outstanding project management skills and a hands-on mentality. He/she must be able to communicate in a diverse organization with all areas of the company as well as with international stakeholders. Fluency in English is a must.

The ideal candidate will have sound experience in international (IT-) organizations with open mindset, resilience, and willingness to learn and to collaborate. Business Planning, Go-to-Market conception, and Pre-Sales, he/she will also display strategic and tactical execution skills.

Market Research: Analyze the market, competitors, and customers. Value Chain Management: Oversee the entire program/solution value chain, from planning through launch and ongoing support,



ensuring it meets evolving market demands.

Collaborate with development, design, and other teams to ensure goals are met and projects are delivered on time.

Budget Management: Estimate and manage the offering-related budget, including development and marketing expenses.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to promote and quality-assure the offering

Competitive Analysis: Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional virtual teams involved in development and management.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the success of the solutions

Partner management: Able to work with and influence senior business executives

Solid team building and collaboration skills

Deep understanding of project delivery methods

Fluent in English

At least 7 years in the technology industry, with the network in CEE / EMEA

Customer-facing experience. Recent experience building, leading, and managing business solutions in the financial industry

MBA or technical degree preferred, but not a must.
