Job Responsibility:

BUSINESS UNIT: GRIMSHAW TRUCKING

POSITION: SERVICE CENTER CLERK

LOCATION: Bonnyville, AB

SHIFT: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide Terminal Management with Clerical Support

· Prepare various reports utilizing PeopleNet, ADP, TruckMate and Excel

· Scanning, Billing, Data Entry, Compile Reports

· Answer customers concerns and inquires

· Other projects and duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

- Positive, Pleasant and Professional attitude
- Very good attention to details
- Commitment to provide superior customer service
- Proficient Computer and Telephone Skills
- Experience within the LTL freight industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Able to work in a busy, time sensitive environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to take own initiative on projects
- Awareness of our Corporate Objectives and Principles

- Reports to Terminal Manager
