We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join a collaborative and fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating bid submissions, reviewing drawings and specifications, and working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to support successful project delivery.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations




Identify project risks, cost-saving opportunities, and scope gaps
Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Experience in construction estimating and bid preparation
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience with estimating software and construction technology tools
Knowledge of construction practices, regulations, and safety standards
Construction Management, Engineering, or a related education is considered an asset
