Alta Material Handling is currently looking for a full-time

Service Administrator for our Montreal, QC branch. Communicating effectively with peers, internal and external customers on the status of service work and all other related items

Inputting the technicians time daily onto the work orders in the system as required for work order completion and payroll

Completing and invoicing service orders in a timely manner

Inputting invoices into various customers systems/portals as required

Inbound calls from customers regarding service invoice issues and resolution of complaints

Arrange 3rd party services which include issuing purchase orders, receiving purchase orders and applying to service orders

Providing assistance to our dispatch office to take customer calls as backup

Providing assistance to Service Manager when required

Provide support and assistance on other tasks as they arise

High School Diploma

College or additional certification is a definite asset

Bilingual French and English communication skills are required for this position. The duties of this role involve frequent oral and written communications with employees, customers, and business partners across Canada, including individuals who conduct business in English. Knowledge of English is therefore necessary to perform the responsibilities of the position and to maintain effective communications with these stakeholders.

Knowledge and experience in Excel and other computers skills are a MUST

Experience in a similar position is an asset





Robust technical and mechanical background in the automotive or forklift industry is an asset

Language Skills - Intermediate: Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
