The housekeeper provides companionship, emotional support, and light household assistance to clients while following each client’s individualized Plan of Care. This role plays an important part in helping clients remain protected, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Provide attentive, non-medical care based on each client’s Plan of Care

- Offer companionship through conversation, reading, activities, and social engagement
- Support clients’ emotional well-being and mental alertness

-Assist with light housekeeping duties including:

Laundry

Dishwashing





Bathroom and kitchen cleaning

- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are considered strong assets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to quality client care
- Regular physical activity including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and light lifting (up to 12 kg / 25 lbs) ---- -Manual dexterity and strength in both hands required
- Work performed within clients’ homes in the community

- Our office serves seniors in Vancouver and surrounding communities, including Richmond, Burnaby, Langley, Vancouver, etc. This position may require travel to those areas – we do our best to match you with clients in your area.
