Reporting to the Director, Finance for Armour Transportation and Logistics, the Manager of Finance at Armour Transportation Systems is responsible for supporting the delivery of timely, accurate, and meaningful financial reporting, while helping to maintain effective accounting processes and a strong system of internal controls.

Manage the financial reporting function, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Support the maintenance and enhancement of internal controls to strengthen financial governance and mitigate risk.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Coordinate the annual audit and tax return preparation processes with the external audit team, ensuring all filing and reporting deadlines are met.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of reporting processes and policies.
Supervise, mentor, and support the development of finance team members,



fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
5-7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.

- Experience supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives in a complex corporate workplace.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and enhance efficiencies while maintaining effective internal controls.
