As a Service Manager, your duties will include:

Overseeing and managing mechanical and tire services

Setting quality standards and maintaining the quality of all shop activities

Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up

Recommend tire service,



specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers

Addressing customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner

Ensuring technicians compliance with company standards regarding quality, safety, and customer service

Managing the morale in the shop by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers

3+ years of automotive industry experience required

- Journeyperson status in the automotive service technician trade is an asset
- Must have an advanced knowledge of mechanical and tire services in a commercial automotive environment
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Commercial vehicle inspection program and out of province inspection certifications
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
- Flexible, patient, and calm when working with tight schedules
