Aramark is currently seeking a Catering Cook for the National Bank food service catering department in Montréal.

Catering Cook

National Bank (800 St-Jacques Street, Montréal, QC H3C 1A3)

Hourly Rate:

$Monday to Friday, daytime hours, approximately 32 hours per week

Immediate

Assist the Chef in planning and preparing catering menus.

Perform cooking, assembly, and finishing dishes according to established quality standards.

Actively participate in service periods and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Ensure the quality of food services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Monitor and maintain quality standards for food production and overall client experience.

Follow and enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with applicable legislation, company policies, and MAPAQ requirements.

Two to three years of experience in food service, catering, or the restaurant industry is considered an asset.

Experience in high-end catering is a strong asset.

MAPAQ Food Hygiene and Sanitation Certification is considered an asset.

Diploma in Restaurant Management, Dietetic Technology, or a vocational diploma (DEP) in Institutional Cooking is considered an asset.
