We're looking for a General Manager at Alt Hotel Toronto Airport, who leads by example, ensuring that the activities and operations of a hotel complex lead to optimal financial performance and a memorable experience for our guests. This hands-on manager contributes directly to creating a robust synergy within the hotel team and uses the art of unreasonable hospitality to run smooth operations.

Manage all aspects of hotel operations in line with Germain Hotels culture and values.

Support, coach, develop, and manage team performance through formal and informal means.

Be active in the community to increase awareness of the property and Germain Hotels.

Diploma in hotel management or bachelor's degree in management

- 5 to 10 years' experience as a general manager in a hotel - experience in food and beverage management as well as in luxury or boutique hotels
- Professionalism, enthusiasm,



initiative, and customer service skills
- Good analytical skills and ability to manage time and priorities

The annual salary for this role is between 115 000$ and 145 000$, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus in accordance with the current bonus plan.
