Wage: $21.00 per hour

Wednesday to Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

In this role, you won’t just oversee physical security—you’ll play a key role in maintaining protected, secure environments for the communities we serve. As the main point of contact for security services, you’ll work alongside a supportive team and build strong client relationships while driving performance and standards across our facilities.

Ensure facilities are
secure in accordance with Edon Management’s standards and facility’s contract
Provide leadership and training to security guards to ensure proper
security of facilities, including those at new sites
Manage and respond to critical
investigate internal security issues as required
Perform hands-on security duties and provide back-up support in cases
of unscheduled security guard absences.
Liaise with clients and address security requests and issues
Ensure security related Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) requirements are being met
Work a scheduled shift of Wednesday to Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Must have a valid Security License
Minimum two years of experience in a security-related supervisory role
Excellent knowledge of security practices
Strong command of the English language (reading and writing)
Strong customer care, communication and client management skills
computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
