Job Responsibility:

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Truck and Transport Apprentice to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in truck repair, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. The Truck and Transport mechanic apprentice will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair automotive issues, including electrical systems, HVAC, and mechanical components.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Utilize computers and software to troubleshoot vehicle problems effectively.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts using power tools and hand tools.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues before they become serious problems.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used for each vehicle and complete required documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle's needs and repair options.




- Adhere to safety protocols while working with industrial equipment and during heavy lifting tasks.

- Proficiency in truck repair techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues in an understandable manner.

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 50 per week
