Drive daily sales operations, set the pace, and create a high-energy, results-driven environment.

Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop sales and finance professionals who consistently deliver.

Drive sales and profitability. Own sales targets, gross profit, inventory performance, and overall dealership results.

Maximize finance performance. Work closely with the Finance team to drive F&I; profitability, product penetration, and a seamless customer experience.

Own the inventory strategy. Manage new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, pricing, merchandising, and turnover to maximize opportunities.

Turn leads into customers. Drive CRM accountability, lead management, follow-up, and conversion performance.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Build lasting relationships, maintain high customer satisfaction, and strengthen the dealership's reputation.

Partner with dealership leadership and FFUN Group to identify growth opportunities, improve processes, and take performance to the next level.





Proven automotive sales leadership. Experience as a General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or similar dealership leadership role with a track record of delivering results.

Solid understanding of automotive financing, deal structuring, lender relationships, and F&I; profitability.

You're not afraid to jump into a deal, coach on the sales floor, or lead by example.

You understand sales KPIs, gross profit, inventory management, and how to turn numbers into action.

You can identify opportunities, make confident decisions, and balance profitability with customer satisfaction.

A passion for the automotive industry. You thrive in a fast-paced dealership workplace and bring the energy, accountability, and competitive drive to succeed.
