New Company is looking for registered caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical support to seniors in their homes in Delta and South Surrey. This is a live-out, part time position of fewer than 20 hours per week, paying $22 to $24.50 per hour plus bonuses. An immediate start is preferred, with shifts potentially available in the morning, midday, evening, or overnight throughout the week.

Care may include help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed baths, safe transfers using a Hoyer lift, positioning, walking, and range-of-motion exercises. You may also assist with meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, errands, appointments, and visits with family, friends, and neighbours. Experience supporting seniors with dementia, Parkinson’s disease, or palliative care needs is welcome.





Applicants must have completed Canadian studies in a recognized health care assistant or equivalent elder care program and be currently registered with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry. A police clearance, criminal record check, and vulnerable sector check issued within the past 12 months are required. You’ll also need a valid driver’s licence, insurance, and a reliable vehicle to travel between homes.
