Are you passionate about food? As a Cook on our Food Services Team at the Romeo Leblanc International Airport, you’ll help bring recipes to life while being able to flex your creativity!

Aramark operates the post-security Tim Horton's and the Altitude Bistro/Pub at the Romeo Leblanc International Airport. The Cook will assist both the Bistro/Pub and the Tim Hortons.

At Aramark, we care about your health, so we have production guidelines and safety procedures in place to help you do what you love. Cooks and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, and uses a variety of cooking methods on meat, vegetables, and other foods
Arranges, garnishes, and portions food according to established guidelines
Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation
May assist with serving guests as needed
Experience working for food service franchise considered an asset

- Fluency in both French and English an asset
- Valid WHMIS and Food Safe (Basic or Advanced), First Aid Certification is an asset
- Knowledge of and commitment to upholding high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service




- This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
