We’re looking for a warm, affectionate and energetic person to care for our 3.5-year-old son while I work from home. What matters most to us: The heart of this role is being genuinely good company for our son, someone he’s happy to spend his mornings with. When a caregiver isn’t truly engaged or attentive, he comes looking for me all the time. We once had a wonderful nanny who kept him happily absorbed in play, and we’re hoping to find that again. This means you:

- Truly enjoy play: getting on the floor, building, pretending, being silly, going outside
- Can keep up with a busy preschooler’s energy, both joining his play and starting new ideas when his interest fades
- Give him your full attention during care time (phone put away)
- Can gently redirect him back into play when he wants to come find me





You are also someone who:

- Has experience with toddlers and doesn’t take tantrums personally
- Can say no with kindness and set boundaries without disconnecting
- Can soothe him and offer emotional support when he needs it

SCHEDULE (20 hours/week, either option):

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Start date: As soon as possible, with two paid trial days followed by a contract. Must be authorized to work in Canada. This is a CRA / Revenue Québec registered position (legal, tax-compliant). (Part time, Live-Out) For morning (nanny-attendant)
