At this level, projects managed are typically of moderate complexity, risk andexposure.Incollaborationwithclients,definesprojectscope,deliverablesandrequirements.Overseestheactivitiesofprojectteammembersandmonitorsprojecttaskcompletion.Communicatesprojectstatustorelevantconcerned parties.Ensuresprojectsaredeliveredontime,withinscope,budgetandrequirements,andcomplieswithallregulatory,environmentaland health and safetyrequirements.Client Relationship Management:Developsandmaintainseffectiverelationshipswithclients.Responsibleforresolvingissues,managingclientexpectations,andensuringclientsatisfaction.Other duties asassigned.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSProjectmanagement–provenabilityandexperienceindeliveringprojectson-time,on-budget,withinspecificationsandin-compliantwith allrequirementsincludingbutnotlimitedtoregulatory,environmental,health,andsafetyrequirements.Communication–strongcommunication,influence,persuasion,andnegotiationskills.Relationshipbuilding–provenabilityandexperienceinbuildingandmaintainingeffectiverelationshipsClientmanagement–provenabilityandexperienceinmanagingclientrelationshipsandexpectationsQuality–possessesacontinuousimprovementandqualitymindsetalongwithadesiretocontinuouslyseekandincorporatebest practicesandtechnologiesinordertooptimizeprogramdeliveryanddelivervaluetotheclientComputer proficiency – proficient in and experience with MS Office suite of applications along with proven ability to quickly learn recent applicationsThis is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $54,185 - $67,732 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate's competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
