We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions. I am looking for a Financial Controller for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode. Mission - Oversee accounting activities and coordinate the team to ensure the production of monthly and annual financial statements. - Prepare budgets, analyse financial results and explain variances from forecasts. - Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations and coordinate external audits. - Monitor cash flow, liquidity and working capital requirements.



- Analyse operating costs and identify ways to improve profitability. - Develop management tools, performance indicators and internal controls. - Contribute to financial decision-making, investment assessment and risk management. - Optimise accounting and administrative processes, particularly through automation. Your profile - Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance or a related field. - CPA qualification: an asset or a requirement depending on the role. - Relevant experience in financial management and supervising an accountancy team. - Robust understanding of financial statements, budgeting and cost analysis. - Knowledge of internal controls, taxation and cash flow management. - Proficiency in IT tools and accounting systems. - Leadership, attention to detail, an analytical mind and the ability to make recommendations.
