The Registered Practical Nurse provides educational nursing services to clinic patients. Effective coordination and communications play an essential part in servicing patients, caregivers, and our clients. This position offers patients and healthcare providers continuous education and support with regard to the diseases and therapies they are managing.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Educate and train patients on medications in the clinics setting(s)
- Monitor treatments as well as chart and report on all activities as directed by Physician protocols
- Provide patient education based on protocols,



individually or in groups
- Provide administrative support Injection training, education, administration, and any applicable tasks relative to patient care within the course of practice
- Regular, predictable availability to meet appointment scheduling needs in an effective and cost-effective manner to provide patients with quick access to necessary therapies
- Coordinate daily with patients, Pharmacy, physicians, scheduling and other departments to meet established timelines for scheduling appointments, treatments, and communication of information
- Sustain relations with key stakeholders, Clients, Physicians and other Health Care Professionals
