Job Overview

- As an SAP Supply Chain Functional Lead at our client, you will play a mission-critical leadership role in the design, delivery, and optimization of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.
- You will lead a team of consultants and analysts, collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to ensure that supply chain processes are effectively enabled and optimized within the SAP landscape.
- Your expertise and guidance will drive operational excellence, compliance, and business value as part of our client’s Strategic Transformation Roadmap (STR).

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Solution Delivery:

- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration,



and deployment of SAP SCM modules (MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, Ariba, etc.), ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Provide functional leadership and mentorship to a team of supply chain consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance workplace.
- Take ownership of supply chain workstreams, managing deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain solution design, issue resolution, and escalation.

Business Process Optimization & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Analyze and translate complex business requirements into SAP-enabled solutions, ensuring robust process alignment and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and solution prototyping to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
