General Description
The Senior Accountant will report to the VP, Accounting and will support our diversified real‑estate portfolio, including commercial property management and residential development / construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, hands‑on experience in real estate and the ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple entities and projects
- Prepare annual working paper files for both commercial property management & residential development/construction
