The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership, setting and operationalizing the organization's strategic plan, and serving as the primary spokesperson and advocate. This role involves ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organization, including financial health, program growth, and membership development. The CEO will also lead a remote team, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and constructive dialogue, and will be expected to have a robust background in senior leadership within the nonprofit sector,



with a focus on governance best practices, financial management, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in senior leadership, ideally within a national nonprofit organization with affiliate members. The role requires strong financial acumen, experience in budget management, and a solid understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements for registered charities.
