Reports To: Senior Manager, Community Development & Engagement Salary: $34.74 - $37.73/ per hour Purpose of the Role The Community Relations Worker assists a diverse tenant population and responds to a variety of tenant or neighbourhoods problems or needs, including advocating on the tenant's behalf while representing CHC's policies and interests. The focus is on assisting households with housing-related issues and facilitating resolutions by working in collaboration with CHC staff and external community resources. The CRW also supports the development of community solutions and tenant-focused programs by collaborating with a broad network of service providers and stakeholders to meet the social and physical needs of CHC residents.
