About The RoleThe Inventory Coordinatoris responsible forsupporting day-to-day receiving, stocking, replenishment, and inventory control activities within assigned storage areas to ensure reliable material availability for site operations. This role performsaccuratereceipt verification, stock put-away, cycle count support, PAR replenishment, and shipment coordination whilemaintainingcompliance with SOPs, GLP/GXP standards, and chain of custody requirements. The position helps sustain stock accuracy, proper stock rotation, andtimelyreplenishment while escalating discrepancies, shortages, and inventory risks to higher-level team members.What You’ll Do HereReceive, verify, and stock incoming materials and suppliesPerform put-away, stock rotation, and FIFO practicesReplenish stockroom and PAR locations based on established min/max levelsSupport cycle counts and physical inventory activitiesCoordinate basic shipment preparation and material movementMaintain chain of custody and regulated material documentation asrequiredPerformexpirationchecks and stock rotation auditsEscalate damaged goods, shortages, and stock discrepanciesSupport reorder point maintenance and replenishment requestsMaintain organized storage locations andaccuratelabelingSupport SOP compliance and GLP/GXP process disciplineWhat You’ll Need to SucceedHigh school diploma or equivalent required1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferredValid driver's license preferred for off-site storage supportForklift certification may be required depending on the siteDangerous Goods / hazardous material handling certification is an assetBasic ERP / inventory systemproficiencyMicrosoft Office Suite basic skills (Outlook, Excel)Understanding of stock rotation, min/max, replenishment,
