The role requires a candidate with a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance, accounting, and tax experience, including significant leadership responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Canadian and U.S. tax matters, as well as expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management. Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead and develop finance teams are essential.
