and maintain distillery equipmentFollow and improve standard operating procedures and production systemsAssist with new product development and recipe refinementMonitor raw materials, spirit inventory, and production yieldsMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient production facilityFollow all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsWork collaboratively with the distillery and broader Park Distillery teamContribute to a culture of craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvementWhat You Have:Previous professional experience in distilling, brewing, fermentation, or spirits productionStrong understanding of fermentation and distillation principles, with mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipmentStrong attention to detail, quality focus, and genuine passion for the craft spirits processComfortable working independently and within a small, hands‐on production teamExperience with quality control, documentation, and SOPs is an asset; familiarity with Canadian distillery regulations is a plusAble to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
