The Database Administrator will own the health, accuracy, and performance of databases across a multi-system, multi-location business. The Database Administrator will map how data flows between our CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and other platforms, keeping them accurate and compliant every step of the way, and act as a trusted steward of the company's data.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Maintain the performance, accuracy, and availability of our SQL Server databases.
- Design data architecture and data mapping for system changes, migrations, and integrations (for CRM, ERP, etc.)
- Build deep knowledge of our data - where it lives, how it's structured, and how it moves across systems and formats (CSV, JSON, XML, EDI, APIs, etc.).
