and client interactions.Assess situations and prioritize responses based on the nature and urgency of each incident.Coordinate with clients, mobile units, and internal teams to ensure effective and timely resolution of incidents.Follow established procedures, protocols, and escalation processes when dealing with alarms and emergencies.Maintain a calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced dispatch environment.National Desk/ Alarm Dispatcher QualificationsMust have atleast High School Diploma or equivalent.Fluent in English, both verbal and writtenPrevious experience in scheduling, dispatching, workforce coordination, customer service, or a related fieldStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work NightsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesMust be legally eligible to work in CanadaThis posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization.If you're interested in the position but your expectations don't fully align with the provided range, we still encourage you to apply!
