Support families in crisis by triaging admissions and guiding families through external resource connections.In this full time temporary position, you will work at least three shifts per week, focusing on children in need of 24/7 care. Responsible for initial assessments and documentation, you will manage crisis calls and facilitate family connections with community resources.
