You will shape strategy, governance, and delivery across IT streams, Ops & Planning, Intact Lab, and more. Ideal candidates have 8+ years as senior underwriter or actuary, FCAS/FCIP preferred, and a proven ability to engage, motivate, and manage change in a complex, cross-functional workplace. Hybrid work options are available.
