Youll work closely with technical and business partners in an environment that values collaboration, experimentation, contemporary design practices, and continuous improvement.Your ResponsibilitiesYoull own and drive the UX/UI vision across iOS, Android, web applications, and websites.Youll establish and govern a unified design system, visual language, design tokens, and interface content standards.Youll create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces using responsive and mobile-first principles.Youll lead user research, usability testing, and design validation, translating insights into measurable experience improvements.Youll champion accessibility, Design Thinking, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and Android Material Design best practices.Youll partner with Product and Engineering throughout discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, delivery,



and iteration.Youll integrate AI-powered tools into design and prototyping workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and consistency.Skills and Qualifications7+ years of relevant UX/UI design experience, including proven leadership across mobile and web products.Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership, cross-platform design, design systems, and mobile-first solutions.Hands-on expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools, plus JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.Proven expertise in Design Thinking, design systems, design tokens, responsive design, accessibility, UX writing, and cross-platform UX.Experience using AI-powered tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Figma AI, or similar within the UX/UI lifecycle.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and French.We appreciate the time and effort all applicants invest in their submissions.
