organized shipping/receiving area and overall backroom standardsAssist with seasonal inventory preparations, counts, and ad-hoc logistics projectsIdentify, report and troubleshoot discrepancies and support on-the-floor activities as neededRequirementsMinimum 2 years of retail experience in a logistics role, preferably in a luxury environmentExperience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment and inventory managementStrong attention to detail in processing incoming and outgoing merchandiseAbility to lift and move heavy boxes and perform physical tasks (bend, kneel, stand)Team player with robust communication skills and ability to work independentlyAccountability for ensuring merchandise is received, scanned and tagged appropriately
