The successful candidate will be the first to hold this pivotal role, with a mission to lead all Fraud Operations and contribute to the development of fraud detection products. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned skilled with over 10 years' experience in Fraud Operations, particularly in the areas of Credit Card and Payments Fraud, to make a significant impact. The Head of Fraud will be a quantitative, data-first operator, treating fraud as a data problem and not just a compliance issue. Responsibilities include leading the team in combating fraud,



with a focus on productizing fraud signals based on buyer data.While experience in auto finance is not mandatory, a background in fraud vendor environments is valuable. The ideal candidate is currently in a leadership position but is also willing to be hands-on in their work. The role requires a deep understanding of how fraud signals are generated and can be monetized, as well as the ability to work closely with the engineering, product, and operations teams.
