The successful candidate will work closely with the team lead and producer to complete insurance related tasks, process documentation and support the day-to-day servicing of client accounts.***Experience in all three areas is not required. We are open to candidates who have experience in one or more areas and are interested in expanding their insurance knowledge.What You'll Do:Assist with MPI Autopac and Driver Licensing transactionsPrepare quotes, applications, policy changes and other documentationQuote, issue and service Personal Lines policies as directed by the team lead or producerAssist with Commercial Lines accounts, including policy changes, renewals, certificates of insurance and other account documentationProcess policy changes, renewals and endorsementsPrepare information and documentation for producer review and client communicationCommunicate with insurance companies and other business partners as requiredMaintain accurate client and policy information in our brokerage management systemFollow up on outstanding items and keep the team informed of progressReview work for accuracy and completeness before submissionWork collaboratively with the team lead, producers, brokers and support staffTake direction,
