As a Mould maker at DENSO Manufacturing, you are responsible for breakdowns, some preventative maintenance and modifications of plastic injection moulds. We are looking for highly skilled individuals who have full understanding of plastic injection moulds. Ideally, you have built tools from start to finish. Your machining knowledge needs to be excellent and precise.Salary: $43.80 - $47.44 per hour$6000.00 Sign On Bonus$3000 Paid upon successful completion of a 3-month probation period$3000 Paid after 1-year of employmentRoles And ResponsibilitiesPerforms some preventive maintenance on plastic injection moulds including disassembly, cleaning, inspection for damage or wear, repair and re-assemblyFabricate and re-establishes mould inserts, mould components, fixtures and other tooling using milling, turning, surface grinding, CNC sinker EDM and CNC milling machinesUtilizes CAD/CAM software (Mastercam) to analyze, program and run CNC equipmentSupports production with emergency repairsPerforms flash repair and other scheduled repairs including engineering changes to plastic injection mouldsInspects current tooling and identifies fit and function issues before tooling enters mass productionComplies with all safety requirements and instructionsMaintains good housekeeping of shop, workspace and toolsQualificationsLicensed Mould Maker (431A)Minimum five (5)
