You’ll be the face of Dexterra, responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing budgets, ensuring safety, and driving operational excellence. Building strong client relationships and inspiring diverse teams across the country, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of facilities management—while advancing your career into a leadership position that makes a real impact.Key Responsibilities:Lead revenue growth and ensure profitability for assigned accountsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service deliveryProvide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of commercial janitorial contracts within government and public sector environments.Manage, mentor, and inspire on-site teams to achieve performance goalsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to drive account growthConduct regular site visits and quality audits to ensure adherence to service and compliance standards.Oversee resource planning, scheduling,
