The Mustard Seed Society in Edmonton, AB seeks a Shelter Manager (Fixed Term 12 months) to lead frontline operations and staff for the North shelters, ensuring high-quality service for clients and a relational, change-focused setting.

Reporting to the Director of Shelters (North), you will manage budgets, coordinate with HR and Health & Safety, supervise staff, drive policy implementation, and produce monthly reports while building partnerships with local agencies to support housing options
