You will direct ratepayers through payment procedures and handle inquiries in a courteous, efficient manner.The role requires solid customer service, detailed account analysis, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of TMACS/WMACS is an asset; a temporary 12‐month contract awaits the successful candidate.
